Try this nutty tasting smoothie for a protein-packed meal on-the-go!
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in the filtered water or milk until it turns gelatinous.
- Place chia seed mix in blender and add remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high speed 1-2 minutes until creamy.
- Pour into chilled glass.
- Garnish with coconut flakes (optional)
- Enjoy with a spoon or straw!
