gluten-free pancake with maple syrup

Mix all the ingredients and add gradually 200 ml of milk to obtain a slightly thicker consistency than pancake batter. Cook the small pancakes in an oiled hot pan and cook for about 45 seconds on each side. Place the pancakes on a plate and pour maple syrup over them.

 

Enjoy with a cup of organic coffee or tea.
