gluten-free pancake with maple syrup

a non vegan pancake recipe

Mix all the ingredients and add gradually 200 ml of milk to obtain a slightly thicker consistency than pancake batter.

Cook the small pancakes in an oiled hot pan and cook for about 45 seconds on each side.

Place the pancakes on a plate and pour maple syrup over them.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Chestnut Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Oat Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt (you can substitute yogurt for oat cream, or coconut cream)

Enjoy with a cup of organic coffee or tea.
