a non vegan pancake recipe
Mix all the ingredients and add gradually 200 ml of milk to obtain a slightly thicker consistency than pancake batter.
Cook the small pancakes in an oiled hot pan and cook for about 45 seconds on each side.
Place the pancakes on a plate and pour maple syrup over them.
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 tablespoon Chestnut Flour
- 1 tablespoon Oat Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt (you can substitute yogurt for oat cream, or coconut cream)
Enjoy with a cup of organic coffee or tea.
