This delicious and fairly light bread is an easy to make recipe that will impress your all gluten free friends!
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the eggs, and slowly the milk. Mix well until no more lumps.
Pour the dough in a glass mold (the shape of your choice) and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve lightly warm.
You can use other sorts of grain flours such as rye, corn, barley etc...This bread keeps well in the fridge up to for 4 days in an air tight container.
For a sweet bread add:
Chopped fruits (mango, peach, apple, pear...)
Soaked nuts (cashew, almonds)
Dried fruits (raisins, dates,...)
For a salty version add:
Sun dried tomatoes (Inside and on top of the bread)
Herbs of Provence (on top)
Fried onions (inside and on the top of the bread)
