At Yogi Times, we have tried these amazingly light and easy to make gluten-free cookies! You can make them with raisins or with chocolate chips or with both.
• Preheat the oven to 150 C.
• Mash the bananas and add sugar, flour and pinch of salt.
• Mix the dough until smooth and stir in raisins.
• Spread small amount of cookie dough on the cookie sheet (slightly oiled) and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
if you are using both raisins and chocolate nibs, keep the same weight (175grams) just mix the raisins and the chocolate chips.
