Sweet soothing tea

This tea is particularly enjoyable on a cold day, but can also be served as an ice tea
Place 4 cups of spring water into a large pan and bring to boil. 
Peel the ginger root and cut into small slices. Wash the lemongrass and cut into a few pieces. Place both ingredients into the boiling pan. 
Add the cinnamon stick and the dried stevia.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice just before serving.
Enjoy!
