Woof! Namaste, dear yogis.

Today Yogi Doggi thought that he would tell you what happened with the dog that lives next door to me, to show you a wonderful concept of yoga: Asteya.

Early this morning, my dog neighbor appeared at our fence with a huge chewy ball. Yogi Doggi immediately wanted that ball! Yes, dear yogis, I wanted to jump the fence and spend my afternoon playing with it.

Then, just in time, I remembered Asteya – how much better I would feel if I was happy for my neighbor that he had the ball, rather than spending all my energy thinking about how to get hold of it. I retreated to my kennel, and guess what?

This afternoon my neighbor and I took a walk to the park and we both got to play with that ball!

Now both dogs are happy.
