Have the courage not to judge it as good or bad and instead welcome all of it without giving it a name. Your thoughts and emotions are not yours but your mind is. When we observe the mind, it stops. SEEING IS THE REAL FREEDOM. Start by watching the body and the mind as they are one. Any changes in the mind can create changes in the body.
