I moved from France to Los Angeles in 1993. My yoga practice became a turning point in my life, giving me the focus and the direction I had been seeking. After returning from a 10 day Vipassana meditation course (literately threw myself in it) I co-founded Yogi Times Media group and delved into the publishing world with great passion and an intention to share the joy of yoga, health and personal growth with the world!

After pursuing a career in the entertainment industry for several years, I discovered a certain talent for finances while working on the development of our media company and in 2002, we launched Yogi Times magazines, the print version of yogitimes.com which we run for 6 years in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

As the co-founder of yogitimes.com, I focus on keeping the business running smoothly with an eye toward the future growth of the company. Tennis and yoga keep me fit, the sun of Bali keep an on going tan on my soul!

My strengh? Finding solutions at the speed of light.
My soft spot? As a foodie, I live for breakfast, lunch and diner and everything that comes in between! I keep it under control by eating mainly raw.

Bringing people together seems to be an ethos for me.  Since arriving in the United States in 1992, I have delved deeply into the world of holistic health and yoga philosophy. I was blessed to practice with some of the most respected yoga teachers in America and to have turned my understanding of yoga into a lifestyle.

In 2002, I had an epiphany (read about it in THE YOGI TIMES STORY!) and founded Yogi Times Lifestyle Media Group with three of my best friends (Jc Gabler, Tim Watson and Kiko Tabuchi-Kennedy). Together, we gathered a team of passionate and dedicated people who helped us co-create and run Yogi Times magazine in Los Angeles and San Francisco for 6 years.

Unstoppable at times, doubtful at others, I get a kick at introducing absolute beginners to yoga, nutrition, wellness and the path of self discovery knowing that my small contribution can sometimes unfold in the most amazing ways.

I am the creative force behind yogitimes.com (well, everyone is really creative on the team!) - I think of Yogi Times as a tidal wave in the ocean of conscious movements.... I can’t stop myself from dreaming big and my biggest reward is when I see some of these ideas turning into reality! Yoga is my balance, raw food my fuel, friends & family my anchor and Bali is my new home.

Strengh? I can talk to anyone on the planet and feel comfortable
Hum.... soft spot? Organic goat feta cheese on a piece of rustic bread, a line of olive oil, sundried tomatoes and a sprinkle of Provencal herbs... Help me!

Kiko Tabuchi Kennedy – Co-Founder

I was born in 1977 in Osaka, Japan. After receiving my BA in Interior Space Design from Osaka University of Arts.
I moved to Los Angeles in 2001 and it was then that I began to pursue my career as a graphic designer. As one of the co-founder of the Yogi Times magazine I have been the main creative force behind the brand. Since then, I worked with numerous clients on creating magazines, brand identity and ad campaigns. In addition, I created quite a name for myself in the music industry in designing records graphics. I am passionate about photography, cooking, cleaning and organizing! I currently live and work from Osaka enjoying every bit of free time with my son Eames.

My strengh: I have a strong gut, concentration and hard worker gene from my Ninja ancestors. My soft spot: My son Eames, beautiful design, art, fashion and architecture. Dried squid and seaweed, I can't live without it!

Tim Watson  - Co-Founder

A So Cal native, I grew up in the laid back suburbs of Orange County; stereotypically, surfing and skateboarding were my passions.
Soon, creative juices flowed, and after majoring in television and film at Pepperdine U., I flew off to New York City to get acquainted with the entertainment business.
The energy and pace was addictive, the weather was not! I’ve lived in Los Angeles now for 20 years, working in production as producer/director/writer continuously and there’s never a dull moment.
While Executive Producer at Surf Channel I met Sophie and her infectious spirit. Her epiphany occurred and Yogi Times was born; I’ve been involved ever since.

I suppose my strengths could be humor, organization, and calm demeanor.
Soft spots? Spa getaways and dark chocolate! Perhaps indulgence is a better word!
