n style="color: #000000">Welcome to yoga paradise – Evolution 2019 Asia Yoga Conference is back in Hong Kong on 13-16 June 2019 for its 12th year, bringing together a holistic community of world-class teachers, yogis, health and wellness practitioners, masters and thought leaders at this 4 day event at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Evolution surpasses the boundaries of a conference this year to provide a sanctuary where mind, body and spirit will flourish. The conference will appeal to all types of yogis, from Evolution newbies to regulars alike. Its impressive diversity of yoga offerings include workshops and classes on hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, yin, Iyengar, prenatal, Forrest yoga, acroyoga, pranayama, restorative, family yoga, meditation and yoga nidra. Evolution encompasses a universe of wellness by embracing other disciplines for attendees to experience including barre, calisthenics, feng shui, Chinese astrology, tai chi, qi gong, acupressure, crystal healing, biodynamic energetics, sound healing, craniosacral therapy, creative writing, body work and space clearing. Yogis wishing to refine their practice or manifest their inner scorpion and peacock will find advanced workshops focused on specific poses, alignment, backbends, inversions and balance. While yoga teachers will welcome classes providing advice on adjustments, sequencing and how to open a yoga studio. You can pick up a certificate of attendance and certification for trainings at this year’s event too.  All classes are in English and translation to mandarin will also be provided for many.
