YOGA TIP
yoga tip
Change of diet around the holidays may leave your digestive system in a state of overdrive. To help with this, use Vajrasana. After you eat, sit quietly, as illustrated to the left, and breathe steadily for at least 10 minutes. Experience the heaviness of any meal floating away.
