WHAT'S NEW
Greetings! What
an amazing year this has been for us here at Yogi Times. Looking back
on the rich and diverse group of people and causes we’ve had the
privilege to include in our pages over the last ten issues inspires a
sense of awe in all of us. It is with a renewed sense of commitment and
excitement that we look forward to the coming year and its infinite
gifts and opportunities to make the world a better place that await us.
We are delighted to cap off 2006 with our Winter Holiday
Celebration issue devoted to healthy conscious eating. You’ll
find delicious recipes, time and energy saving tips for cooking
nutritious delicious food at home as well as informative articles that
will fill you in on what you need to know about organic farming and
fair trade commerce. We are looking forward with anticipation to
another year of expressing our vision for a world filled with peace,
abundance and health. We’re excited to share that journey with
you.

Many Blessings for the holidays,
Martin Hughes, Managing Editor

YOGA TIP
 Change
of diet around the holidays may leave your digestive system in a state
of overdrive. To help with this, use Vajrasana. After you eat, sit
quietly, as illustrated to the left, and breathe steadily for at least
10 minutes. Experience the heaviness of any meal floating away.
