Whip up a batch of this high-protein smoothie for the best of both worlds: it's a healthy vegan treat, and satisfies even the most wicked dessert craving with a taste like pumpkin pie.



Notes & tips:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.





INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla soy yogurt 
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1 large banana 
  • 6 ice cubes 
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or dash each of allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon) 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
