Try this nutty tasting smoothie for a protein-packed meal on-the-go!

Instructions

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the filtered water or milk until it turns gelatinous. 
  2. Place chia seed mix in blender and add remaining ingredients. 
  3. Blend on high speed 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  4. Pour into chilled glass. 
  5. Garnish with coconut flakes (optional)
  6. Enjoy with a spoon or straw!
