Here is a healhty and easy to make snack. Mix together the goat cheese, honey, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Add the chopped walnuts or almonds. Add the filling to the dates (cut slighlty to place the mixture in)

Place a few more walnuts on the top and a drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.





INGREDIENTS
  • 20 Dates (pitted)
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds (chopped)
  • Honey
