This delicious and fairly light bread is an easy to make recipe that will impress your all
gluten free friends!
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the eggs, and slowly the
milk. Mix well until no more lumps.
Pour the dough in a glass mold (the shape of your choice) and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve lightly warm.

Notes & tips: You can use other sorts of grain flours such as rye, corn, barley etc...This bread keeps well in the fridge up to for 4 days in an air tight container.
