This delicious and fairly light bread is an easy to make recipe that will impress your all gluten free
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the eggs, and slowly the milk
. Mix well until no more lumps.
Pour the dough in a glass mold (the shape of your choice) and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve lightly warm.
