At Yogi Times, we have tried these amazingly light and easy to make gluten-free cookies! You can make them with raisins or with chocolate chips or with both.
• Preheat the oven to 150 C.
• Mash the bananas and add sugar, flour and pinch of salt.
• Mix the dough until smooth and stir in raisins.
• Spread small amount of cookie dough on the cookie sheet (slightly oiled) and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Notes & tips: if you are using both raisins and chocolate nibs, keep the same weight (175grams) just mix the raisins and the chocolate chips.
