INGREDIENTS
double season treat...
Enjoy this raw (UN-cook Yummy!) recipe, a quickly made sorbet that is 100% vegan, raw and organic. As summer blends into autumn, this delicious ice-cream like sorbet kicks off the solstice with fire and coolness. Use extra cayenne to fire it up, we like it spicy!

Take all the ingredient and combine them in a high speed: Have it for breakfast, dessert or anytime snack. mmmmmmmmmmm!

Notes & tips: feel free to replace/add blackberries with the grapes. You can also add vanilla.

1-2 fat mangos

1-2 cups organic grapes

1 teaspoon ground sage

1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove)

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1-2 teaspoons  turmeric powder

3-6 stalks of kale (dino used here)

2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
