Think about it, change is inevitable. At this very moment, for instance, your body and cells are changing. The earth, economy, technology, how we do business and even how we communicate is changing. You can choose to resist the changes that are always afoot and or you can choose to cooperate with change, adapt, and benefit from it, all the while stepping into greater levels of your prosperity. I believe most people resist change without often realizing it. Most of us all have some kind of conscious or sometimes unconscious fear, resentment and perhaps even some anxiety that arises when change occurs. Although they seek a more prosperous life, both financially and in their lifestyle, they end up doing the one thing that can ignite this new result””resisting change. When you consciously embrace change wholeheartedly as an inevitable part of life and align your focus to creatively seek different ways to utilize new changes, your life will embody fulfillment, ease and abundance, and your life’s work will evolve with a more graceful flow. You will experience change as an opportunity for growth and new experiences. You will energize your spirit and you will inject possibility and wonderment into your higher self. In an effort to help you practice this prosperity tool wholeheartedly, I want you to think back to a time when you were experiencing a change but resisted it. Perhaps it was a move, a job transfer, a change of heart, a shift in how you do business, a shift in your family dynamics; perhaps it was an unwelcome change that you were going to have to deal with and you thought it was going to be the worst thing in the world. What happened once you surrendered to the change? Did your life eventually improve? Can you look back now and say, “Wow! I’m grateful that happened. Look at all the good it eventually brought to me.”? If you can remember the fact that you have already been through changes in the past and those changes have largely worked out for the best, then you can begin to approach each new evolution with more excitement and anticipation and less trepidation and resistance. To help you embrace the difficult process of change, try asking yourself the set of questions that appear at the end of this article. Prosperous individuals appreciate and embrace change as a universal law of life. They understand that if they are not changing and growing, they are not creating more space to accommodate new, desired levels of prosperity.
